We currently ship to all states and union territories within India:

Tier 2 Cities
Kochi, Coimbatore, Indore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati
Remote Areas
Including rural areas, hill stations, and remote locations with extended delivery times
Note: We do not currently offer international shipping. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping (Free)
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Cost: Free on orders above ₹5,000
- Cost: ₹150 for orders below ₹5,000
- Tracking: Available
- Insurance: Included
Best for: Regular orders, non-urgent deliveries
Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: ₹300
- Tracking: Real-time tracking
- Insurance: Included
- Signature: Required
Best for: Urgent orders, special occasions, gifts
Same Day Delivery (Select Cities)
- Delivery Time: Same day (if ordered before 2 PM)
- Cost: ₹500
- Available Cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore
- Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM IST
Best for: Last-minute gifts, urgent requirements
4. Order Processing
Here's what happens after you place an order:
- Order Confirmation: You receive an email confirmation
- Processing: We prepare your order (1-2 business days)
- Quality Check: Each item is inspected and packaged
- Shipping: Your order is dispatched with tracking info
- Delivery: Package arrives at your doorstep
Processing Time: Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM IST are processed the next business day.

We take special care in packaging your precious crystals and jewelry:
- Individual Wrapping: Each crystal is wrapped in soft cloth
- Protective Cushioning: Bubble wrap and foam padding
- Secure Boxes: Sturdy cardboard boxes with proper sealing
- Fragile Handling: Special care for delicate items
- Documentation: Care instructions and authenticity certificate
Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit while maintaining the elegance of your purchase.
6. Tracking Your Order
Stay updated on your order's journey:
- Email Updates: Automatic notifications at each stage
- SMS Alerts: Delivery notifications via SMS
- Online Tracking: Track your package on our website
- Customer Service: Call us for real-time updates
Tracking Number: You'll receive your tracking number via email and SMS once your order ships.
7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package:
- First Attempt: Delivery at the provided address
- Second Attempt: Next business day if first attempt fails
- Third Attempt: Final attempt before returning to sender
- Safe Drop: Package left with neighbor/security (if authorized)
If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us, and you'll be contacted to arrange redelivery or refund.
